Check three things with anyone you’re considering: the actual license number (verifiable on the state’s cannabis dashboard), the facility address behind that license, and whether they can produce a real METRC registration for the batch, not just a promise one exists.

Yes. We’d used that lab before the fraud came out and had already moved to a different one when we caught wind of a problem. Every product we’d had tested through them went through mandatory quarantine and retesting at our new lab, and all of it came back clean and was released. Yes, on everything we make except Flower Packaging, where it’s a usual practice (we typically send a finished unit first) rather than a hard gate.

Distillate is the most refined and most consistent on potency. Resin keeps more of the plant’s natural terpene profile. Rosin is solventless, generally the priciest. Liquid diamonds are the most potency-forward.

No. Terpenes are never used alone, they’re added to whichever base material you pick. Cannabis-derived terpenes (CDT) stay strain-true and cost more; botanical terpenes come from non-cannabis sources for flavors CDT can’t hit.

A print-and-apply system on every format. Since lab results take 7 to 12 days, most brands print their primary (brand design) label before results are back, rather than lose two weeks waiting. A separate print-and-apply label carries the batch-specific compliance numbers (THC%, CBD%, TAC%, lot number, dates, solvents, the mandatory METRC RUID), applied in-house the same day results land. Supplying your own fully print-ready, OCM Part 128 compliant labels works too.

We don’t stock a fixed catalog. Size, coil type, color, tip type, hardware finish, all sourced to your exact spec. We also work directly with vape hardware providers overseas for fully custom-designed or custom-built devices.

A cartridge relies on a separate, reusable battery your customer already owns. An AIO integrates the battery into the device and can include a display; it can be sealed (disposable-style) or pod-style with a reusable battery base. Both. Formulations that stay under the legal THC threshold qualify as CBD rather than cannabis, with no OCM license required to buy or sell, and the same process and testing rigor apply either way.
