Full-Service AIO Vape Manufacturing on Long Island, NY

Does it come pre-charged? Yes. It also has to keep performing after real repeated recharging, not just on day one. Gotham Manufacturing Corp fills and finishes all-in-one vape devices at our Bay Shore facility, up to 3,000 a day, under our Tier 2 Processor and Distributor license.

What Makes AIO Different

The battery is built in.

An AIO device integrates the battery and charging system directly into the unit, unlike a cartridge that relies on a separate reusable battery the customer already owns. That means more engineering care goes into every device: charge state, firing consistency, and the electronics all have to work correctly before it ever reaches a customer, not just look right.

Two AIO Architectures

We build both.

AIO isn’t one single format. It splits into two real architectures, and we build both.

  • Disposable-style AIO. Battery and fill are sealed into one unit. When it’s empty or the battery dies, the whole device is done.
  • Pod-style AIO. A reusable battery base pairs with a separate, replaceable pod that holds the fill. We fill the pods directly, and the battery base carries across multiple pods.

Pod filling is its own real capability here, not an afterthought bolted onto device-level filling.

Built to Last Through Real Recharge Cycles

Day one isn’t the whole story.

Unlike a sealed disposable, an AIO’s battery gets recharged and used again and again, so day-one performance isn’t the whole story. A battery and electronics that work perfectly out of the box but degrade fast after real repeated charging is a returns problem waiting to happen, not a manufacturing win. We build and test for performance across real recharge cycles, not just the first one.

Hardware

No catalog. Your exact spec.

We don’t stock a fixed hardware catalog. Whatever device spec you need, battery capacity, display or no display, color, finish, we source it, matched to your exact spec. We work directly with vape hardware providers overseas, so a custom-designed or custom-built device is a real conversation, not just picking off a spec sheet.

Fill Options

Four base materials, terpenes on top.

Four jars of distillate, resin, rosin, and liquid diamonds concentrate

Distillate

Highly refined, very high THC percentage, minimal natural flavor unless terpenes are added. The most consistent potency option.

Resin

Extracted from fresh-frozen flower, keeps more of the plant’s original terpene profile than distillate does.

Rosin (Solventless)

Heat-and-pressure extraction, no chemical solvents involved. Generally the highest cost of the group.

Liquid Diamonds

Crystalline THCA suspended in a liquid terpene base. The most potency-forward option.

Terpenes are never used alone, they’re added to one of the four fills above. Cannabis-derived terpenes (CDT) stay strain-true to the actual flower, our preferred option, though they cost more. Botanical terpenes come from non-cannabis sources and hit flavors CDT can’t.

Pre-Charge & Functional Check

Every AIO device ships pre-charged and gets functionally checked before packaging: does it power on, does it fire, does the display work if it has one. A device that doesn’t pass doesn’t ship. This isn’t optional quality assurance, it’s built into the process.

Specs

We don’t stock hardware, so most of what’s below is sourced to your exact spec rather than chosen from a limited catalog. Fill material and packaging compliance are the only two constraints that don’t flex.

Capacity

Up to 3,000 devices a day.

Process

Six stages, filled and finished.

  1. Quote & Sign

MOQ, pricing tier, and timeline all get fixed in writing before anything moves.

  2. Onboarding

Specs, vendor qualification, label review, METRC setup.

  3. Inputs Land

Your fill material and hardware arrive, or we source them.

  4. Pre-Production Sample

You approve a sample before full production runs, no exceptions.

  5. Fill & Finish

Devices filled, charged, and functionally checked.

  6. Release

    Tested, cleared, shipped.

Lead time follows the same supply-dependent logic as every other line: the more you supply, the faster it goes.

Labels & Packaging

Same system, every line.

Same print-and-apply system as every other line we run. Lab results land 7 to 12 days out, so most brands print their primary label before results are back rather than lose two weeks waiting. The primary label carries your brand design; a separate print-and-apply label carries the batch-specific numbers, THC%, CBD%, TAC%, lot number, manufacture and expiration dates, solvents used, plus the mandatory METRC RUID, applied the same day results come in. Bringing your own fully print-ready, OCM Part 128 compliant labels works just as well.

Verify Before You Sign

Verifying Any Manufacturer in This Category

A real problem in this category: people quoting fill capacity they don’t have, or citing a license that isn’t theirs. Check three things before signing with anyone.

  • The actual license number. Ours: Tier 2 Processor OCM-PROC-24-000200, Distributor OCM-DIST-25-000134, verifiable on the state’s cannabis dashboard.
  • The facility address behind that license. Ours: 55 Corbin Avenue, Bay Shore, NY.
  • Whether they can produce a real METRC registration for the batch, not a promise one exists.

Looking for a CBD Manufacturer?

Not selling THC? Just need CBD? We can do that too: same production lines, same specs, no cannabis license required to buy or sell.

AIO Vape Manufacturing FAQ

Do you do pod-style AIOs, or just disposable-style?

Both. Pod filling is a real capability here, not an afterthought. A pod-style device uses a reusable battery base with a separate, replaceable pod we fill directly.

Does every device really get functionally checked, or just some of them?

Every device. Power-on, firing, and display function (if it has one) all get checked before packaging, not sampled.

Can you build a fully custom AIO device?

Yes. We work directly with vape hardware providers overseas, so custom-designed or custom-built devices are a real conversation.

What’s the difference between AIO and a cartridge?

An AIO integrates the battery and charging system into the device itself. A cartridge relies on a separate, reusable battery the customer already owns. See Vape Cartridge Manufacturing for that format.

What’s the difference between AIO and a simple disposable?

AIO can include a display and more engineering, and can be either sealed (disposable-style) or pod-style with a reusable battery. A plain disposable is always sealed, single-use, with no display. See Disposable Vape Manufacturing for that simpler format.

What’s the difference between distillate, resin, rosin, and liquid diamonds?

Distillate is the most refined and most consistent on potency. Resin keeps more of the plant’s natural terpene profile. Rosin is solventless, generally the priciest. Liquid diamonds are the most potency-forward. Terpenes are never used alone, they’re added to whichever of these four you pick.

Does it still work well after months of recharging, or just out of the box?

That’s what we build and test for specifically, real recharge cycles, not just day-one performance. A device that’s perfect on the first charge and degrades fast after that is a returns problem, not something we consider finished.
