What We Actually Do
Every format, one standard.
Contract manufacturing across pre-rolls (non-infused, infused, and infused & coated), vape (cartridge, AIO, and disposable), tincture, and flower packaging, plus formulation R&D for brands that don’t have a locked recipe yet. Distribution is available to brands we already manufacture for. We hold both a Tier 2 Processor license (OCM-PROC-24-000200) and a Distributor license (OCM-DIST-25-000134), and we operate the same way across every format: real capacity, real lead times tied to what you supply, a physical sample you approve before full production, and every batch tested before it ships.
From New York Legacy, to New York Licensed
Right market, right reasons.
Before Gotham Manufacturing Corp existed, Michael Koschitz was already operating in New York’s cannabis space, one of the first operators in the state under the CBD and Hemp pilot program when the Farm Bill passed, and one of the largest tincture manufacturers in the Northeast. New York built its cannabis compliance framework around 21 CFR 111, the same dietary-supplement standard he’d already spent most of his career operating under. That wasn’t a lucky coincidence he noticed after the fact, it’s the main reason he made the jump into the legal market at all. He made the call even though it meant making drastically less money than the legacy market allowed. Choosing what’s right over what pays more is the same standard the rest of Gotham operates under.
That standard extends across the rest of the team: two decades of regulated manufacturing experience building Vitamix Labs from a broker into a real factory, ten years managing over $30M in annual revenue at Philips Lighting, cannabis cultivation dating back to 2002, and the business-development discipline that scaled a prior company to $25M in annual revenue with no outside investment. Real, separate careers, converged into one operation.

Born and raised in Queens, New York. Over 20 years in business management, naturopathy, and manufacturing, including founding and building Vitamix Labs, a supplement contract manufacturer, from a broker into an actual factory owner in 2012. Brings that same regulated-manufacturing discipline into cannabis.

COO
Ten years at Philips Lighting, managing over $30M in annual revenue, before bringing that operational discipline to Gotham.

A cannabis cultivator since 2002, with the material-qualification knowledge that comes from actually growing, not just selling. Focused on sales at Gotham.

Built his business-development career in the energy contracting industry before starting his own company with a partner, growing it to 60 employees and $25M in annual revenue over four years, organically, with no outside investment.
