NY-Licensed Disposable Vape Manufacturing in New York
Disposable vapes only work if the battery and the oil run out together, sealed, no display, no second system to manage. Gotham Manufacturing Corp fills and finishes disposable vape devices at our Bay Shore facility, up to 4,000 a day, under our Tier 2 Processor and Distributor license.

The Real Engineering Problem
Matching battery to oil.
A disposable only works if the battery and the oil run out at close to the same time, since there’s no recharging and no refilling to fall back on. Size the battery too small for the fill volume and a customer ends up with a dead device and product still inside, a real complaint and a real return. Size it too large and the oil runs dry before the battery does, which shows up as a burnt-taste dry hit on the last few draws, the actual cause behind most disposable complaints. We size the battery to your target puff count and fill volume together, as one spec, not two separate numbers picked independently.

Draw-Activated or Button-Style
Both are real options, we build either.
Both exist as real options, and we build either. Draw-activated is the simpler, more common choice: inhaling triggers a small vacuum-sensitive switch that powers the coil directly, no button, one less part on a sealed device. Button-style adds a manual trigger, and sometimes a boost or pulse setting that draws more power for a stronger hit, at the cost of running through battery and oil faster. Whichever you pick, the same real defect risk applies to the firing mechanism: debris or condensate around the sensor or switch can misfire the device (heating without a draw, wasting battery and scorching the coil dry) or fail to fire at all. We test firing and airflow on every unit, not just after complaints start coming in.
Compared to AIO or a Cartridge
The simplest architecture we build.
A disposable is sealed, single-use, and has no display, the simplest architecture we build. If you want more device features (a display, variable settings, or a pod system), that’s AIO Vape Manufacturing instead. A cartridge relies on a separate, reusable battery your customer already owns rather than an integrated one; see Vape Cartridge Manufacturing for that format.
Hardware
No catalog, your exact spec.
We don’t stock a fixed hardware catalog. Whatever device spec you need, we source it, matched to your exact spec rather than picked from a limited stocked selection. We work directly with vape hardware providers overseas, so a custom-designed or custom-built device is a real conversation, not just a spec sheet to pick from.

Fill Options
Four base materials, terpenes on top.

Distillate
Highly refined, very high THC percentage, minimal natural flavor unless terpenes are added. The most consistent potency option.
Resin
Extracted from fresh-frozen flower, keeps more of the plant’s original terpene profile than distillate does.
Rosin (Solventless)
Heat-and-pressure extraction, no chemical solvents involved. Generally the highest cost of the group.
Liquid Diamonds
Crystalline THCA suspended in a liquid terpene base. The most potency-forward option.
Terpenes are never used alone, they’re added to one of the four fills above. Cannabis-derived terpenes (CDT) stay strain-true to the actual flower, our preferred option, though they cost more. Botanical terpenes come from non-cannabis sources and hit flavors CDT can’t.
What Gets Checked Before It Ships
Three checks, every unit.
A disposable can’t be opened or serviced once it’s sealed, so every real defect has to be caught before that happens, not after a customer complains.
- Leak detection. A sealed device that leaks is a complaint with no fix, not a defect that gets caught later.
- Firing. Does it fire cleanly on an actual inhale or button press, whichever mechanism you spec’d, not just a lab trigger.
- Battery-to-fill timing. Does the charge match the oil volume you specified.
A unit that fails any of the three doesn’t ship.

We don’t stock hardware, so most of what’s below is sourced to your exact spec rather than chosen from a limited catalog. Fill material and packaging compliance are the only two constraints that don’t flex.

Lead time follows the same supply-dependent logic as every other line: the more you supply, the faster it goes.

Labels & Packaging
Same system, every line.
We run the same print-and-apply system across every format. Since lab results take 7 to 12 days, most brands go ahead and print their primary label rather than wait, two weeks is a real cost. Your brand design goes on the primary label; the batch-specific numbers, THC%, CBD%, TAC%, lot number, manufacture and expiration dates, solvents used, plus the mandatory METRC RUID, go on a separate print-and-apply label we handle in-house the day results land. Supplying your own fully print-ready, OCM Part 128 compliant labels works too.

Verify Before You Sign
Verifying Any Manufacturer in This Category
A real problem in this category: people quoting fill capacity they don’t have, or citing a license that isn’t theirs. Check three things before signing with anyone.
- The actual license number. Ours: Tier 2 Processor OCM-PROC-24-000200, Distributor OCM-DIST-25-000134, verifiable on the state’s cannabis dashboard.
- The facility address behind that license. Ours: 55 Corbin Avenue, Bay Shore, NY.
- Whether they can produce a real METRC registration for the batch, not a promise one exists.

Looking for a CBD Manufacturer?
Not selling THC? Just need CBD? We can do that too: same production lines, same specs, no cannabis license required to buy or sell.
Disposable Vape Manufacturing FAQ
What happens if the battery dies before the oil runs out, or the other way around?
That’s the core engineering problem we solve before it ships. Battery capacity gets sized to your target fill volume and puff count together, not picked independently, so the two run out close to the same time instead of one outlasting the other.
Is it draw-activated, or does it have a button?
Both are real options, sourced to your spec. Draw-activated is simpler and more common; button-style adds manual control and sometimes a boost setting for a stronger hit, at the cost of running through battery and oil faster.
What’s the actual difference between disposable and AIO?
A disposable is sealed, single-use, and has no display. An AIO can have a display and more engineering built in, and can be either sealed (disposable-style) or built around a reusable battery with a replaceable pod. See AIO Vape Manufacturing for that format.
Can you build a fully custom disposable design?
Yes. We work directly with vape hardware providers overseas, so custom-designed or custom-built hardware is a real conversation, including less standard shapes and form factors if that’s what you’re after.
What’s the difference between distillate, resin, rosin, and liquid diamonds?
Distillate is the most refined and most consistent on potency. Resin keeps more of the plant’s natural terpene profile. Rosin is solventless, generally the priciest. Liquid diamonds are the most potency-forward. Terpenes are never used alone, they’re added to whichever of these four you pick.
